About PSE

Public School Employees of Washington, SEIU Local 1948 (PSE SEIU 1948) is a labor union dedicated exclusively to representing Education Support Professionals in Washington state’s public education system. Our 30,000 members play a vital role in the operation of early learning, K-12, and universities throughout the state. No other labor organization in Washington represents Education Support Professionals with the power and might of PSE. We are constantly working on the front lines to improve the quality of our public education system and to gain better recognition for those who often work behind the scenes to help our students succeed.

About PSE Annual Convention

PSE Annual Convention is an opportunity to celebrate Education Support Professionals who have stepped up to support our students, schools, and communities every day, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. PSE's members are essential to the operation of our public schools and to ensuring that children receive a quality education.

During Convention, hundreds of Education Support Professionals from PSE chapters across the state gather to serve as delegates and conduct the business of their union. They make important decisions that determine how we move forward and succeed as vital members of the public education system. It is a dynamic, exciting experience for every attendee as they raise their voices together to guide the future of the union.

Lanyards Sponsor - $2,000

Our delegate lanyards are custom made for the event. Delegates take them home and use them in their workplace. Sponsoring the lanyards is a great low-cost way to show your support for PSE while also making a long-lasting impression.
