Change Without Pain:   Is it possible?

“Cheese” is a metaphor of what you want to have in life, whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money health or peace of mind.  The “Maze' is where you look for what you want – the organization you work in, or the family or community you live in. Download Flyer.

Dealing with Change or Who Moved My Cheese? 
This workshop combines some of the elements of the two listed above.  But also includes:  It's not what you know today, but how you can put it to use.  How connecting employees with their interests, aptitude and what challenges them increases productivity, morale and value to the organization. Be prepared to jump off the rim of life and experience the kid inside you.  Utilizing the “True Colors” personality quiz, find out more about yourself and your co-workers.  The quiz reveals personality characteristics that help you deal better with situations or with other people.  Download Flyer.

The Art of Effective Advocacy
Never underestimate the power you have as a citizen.  Learn techniques for making contact with your legislators and to best get your point across.  Loaded with tips.

Fish Camp
Based on the Pike Place Fish Market, this workshop focuses on the key points:
  • PLAY - It's not just an activity; it's state of mind that brings new energy and sparks creative solutions.  
  • MAKE THEIR DAY - When you make someone's day through a small kindness or unforgettable engagement, you can turn even routine encounters into special memories.
  • BE THERE  - A great way to practice wholeheartedness and fight burnout, for it is those halfhearted tasks you perform while juggling other things that wear you out.
  • CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE - You can look for the best and find opportunities you never imagined possible.

Teambuilding

Public Speaking Tips
