Ask for "in-house" reservations

You must identify yourself as a PSE member and inform the hotel that you want a room within the PSE block.

PSE has a block of rooms at the per diem rate of $80 Single/Double, $86 Triple Quad, plus 10.4%tax.

This rate will apply to reservations made by January 4, 2008

The hotel has a policy regarding checks and purchase orders. They need to receive them at least two weeks prior to arrival. They do not have a way to verify checks at check-in and need at least two weeks to clear them.

Hotel Reservations for Committee Members
Contact Michele Roy at the PSE State Office (253-876-7440 Direct or 866-820-5652 Toll Free) if you are on a committee that is meeting at the hotel prior to the start of Legislative Conference and you live 100 miles (or more) from the hotel. She will add your name to the PSE direct bill and make your reservation for the night associated with your committee meeting.

Rooms
Rooms have either one king or two queen beds. If you request a view room it is $10 more per night. All rooms have a coffee maker, blow dryer and iron and ironing board.

Hotel Check-in
You must present a credit card for your room at check-in. Payment by check or purchase order must be received by the hotel two weeks PRIOR to arrival.

HOTEL CHECK-OUT 12:00 noon

You will receive an itemized copy of your bill when you check out.

Meals
Your conference registration fee pays for:

Dinner on Sunday night. (No-host bar available during the auction.)
Light breakfast on Monday morning.
Lunch with your legislator on Monday afternoon.

The Americana Bistro Restaurant in the hotel will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. to help meet your other dining needs. Room service 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Northbound or Southbound on I-5
Take Exit 104 to Highway 101. Take Crosby Blvd/Cooper Point Road exit and turn right. Turn right at S. Evergreen Park Drive. Follow around and turn into the Morris Business Park.

From the Olympic Peninsula
Take Highway 101, Olympia. Exit at Crosby Blvd/Cooper Point Road. Turn left over the freeway, then right at S. Evergreen Park Drive. Follow around and turn into the Morris Business Park.
