In an effort to make convention a cost effective event this year we will NOT offer breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, however, we have partnered with the Red Lion, Howard Johnson and Fairfield Inn to provide a breakfast buffet both mornings as part of your room rate.  Red Lion is also extending their breakfast buffet to non hotel guests for a discounted rate.

Breakfast (Thursday-Sunday)
Holiday Inn – 6am – 9am ($8.55, not included for hotel guests)
Red Lion – 6am – 9am (included for hotel guests; $6.95 for non-guests)
Howard Johnson – 6:30 am – 9:30 am (included in room rate for guests only)
Fairfield Inn – 7am – 9am (included in room rate for guests only)
Hilton Garden Inn – 6am – 10am ($11.95, not included for hotel guests)

Dinner Themes:
Friday's Dinner - Southwestern so bring sombreros, chili peppers and maracas and dine to the wonderful sounds of a mariachi band playing in the background.

Saturday's Dinner - “An Evening in Tuscany”

PSE will provide the following meals:Friday Boxed Lunch:
Option #1 - Vegetarian sandwich w/pasta salad, apple and water
Option #2 - Choice of a turkey or ham deli sandwich w/potato salad, apple and water

Friday Dinner:
Option #1 - Southwest BBQ Buffet:  Slow smoked BBQ pork ribs, basted with secret recipe BBQ sauce, grilled lime and cilantro marinated chicken breast with roasted corn salsa, brown sugar baked beans, Buttered corn on the cob, tossed seasonal greens with tortilla confetti and chipotle dressing, red skin potato salad and creamy cole slaw, fresh seasonal fruit, freshly baked corn muffins.

Option #2 - Vegetarian Selection - Stuffed bell pepper (peppers are stuffed rice & crumbled Boca burger).

Dessert - cheese cake with your choice of either fresh strawberries or butterscotch.

Saturday Boxed Lunch:
Option #1 - Vegetarian Sandwich w/Pasta Salad, apple and water
Option #2 - Choice of a turkey or roast beef deli sandwich w/potato salad, apple and water

Saturday Dinner: 
Option #1: Chicken Cordon Bleu plate w/garlic-roasted red potatoes, whole petite green beans, tossed greens w/choice of ranch, Italian or honey mustard dressing.

Option #2: Salmon Filet w/long grain and wild rice, whole petite green beans, tossed greens w/ choice of ranch, Italian or honey mustard dressing.

Option #3 - Vegetarian Selection - Layered Portobello mushroom en crout. The mushrooms act as a base layered with other vegetables on top and then wrapped in a pastry shell. Includes a tossed green salad.

Desserts will be both angel food cake w/fresh strawberries and chocolate mousse.
