Booking a Room is a click away...

All housing reservations will be made online this year. For your convenience we have provided hotel information on the convention hotels offering breakfast. Booking online helps PSE track for future housing blocks, allows us to negotiate lower rates and all housing information to be stored in one place.

Room reservations must be made by July 2, 2010 to receive the group rate.

Before you can begin booking rooms you must have a credit card on hand (all rooms must be secured with a credit card but you can pay the hotel onsite with a check).

1. Input the dates you will be staying and browse the hotel listings and their descriptions. You may look at the hotel amenities by clicking “Overview + Amenities.”

2. Once you’ve chosen the hotel where you would like to stay, click “Find a Room” next to that hotel.

Note: If the hotel is already full you’ll see a red box that says “All Rooms are Booked.” Go back to step 1 and choose another hotel.

3. Follow the instructions through the room booking process. When you are finished you will receive a confirmation directly from the hotel within 48 hours. Print your confirmation email and save for your records.
